I found out on Sunday morning that my dear friend Mary passed away. Mary was a bright light, a loving soul, and always equipped with a smile. Words cannot express how deeply I will miss her and how thankful I am for Mary allowing me to share in her life for the last two years. Time passes so quickly. In the time it took you to read these few sentences, babies have been born, people have passed away, flowers have bloomed, someone is looking at the stars, and someone is waking up. Life is flooding out of every crack and it is flooding the earth. Things are coming to be. Things are coming to pass. So take a moment, remind yourself that your worries and anxieties are not worth dwelling upon when you can take that energy to show someone you love them. Take this moment. Feel the now.
I know the universe is holding you in its loving embrace, my friend. Thank you for being.
